No recipe with this, sorry – just a slideshow showing how to roll up and twist a babka dough. Well, my interpretation of it! The recipe will be in Stan’s book which some Fresh Loafers did test baking for last year. The book’s not out yet. It is a sweet spiced yeasted dough, chilled overnight and rolled out thin and spread with a filling. Here the filling was cake crumbs and nuts. Then the roll gets folded in half and twisted up before being put in a loaf tin and baked.
